What are the available payment methods?

At this time, we only support with credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How can I extend my plan?

To extend your plan, please login to your self-serve account or contact Customer Support for the extension. We can provide a one-time payment link to complete the extension. All plans can be extended.

Is international calling included in my plan?

Accepted Answer

International calling is not included by default. It is available as an add-on for 30-day plans: 500 international minutes for $5, unlimited international minutes for $10.

Is my plan refundable?

No. All USA plans are prepaid, have a fixed term, and are non-refundable.

How can I cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

For US plans, we only offer prepaid service. To cancel, simply remove any registered payment method from your account. Once no payment method is on file, your plan will end automatically at the end of your current term.

When will I receive my US phone number?

Accepted Answer

Your US phone number will be activated on the date you selected (Eastern Standard Time). Once your plan is activated, you’ll receive an email with your assigned US phone number.
